RESPONSIBILITIES

As a business developer, you will primarily support the primary school principal and school manager in the systematic quality work related to education. You will coordinate and adapt support to the various school forms in the work of planning and following up on set goals and activities with a focus on education. Through continuous dialogue with principals in preschool, primary school, and upper secondary school, you are an important link in the chain of command to improve education. Based on independent analyses, you will identify areas for improvement and propose measures. You will also develop materials for analysis to create good conditions for principals in the systematic quality work. Other tasks that may occur include:

• leading working groups
• leading and participating in networks within the area of responsibility
• conducting and reporting investigation assignments for the school board
• planning and conducting result dialogues with the school board
• preparing decision-making materials as well as reports and presentations within the area of responsibility
• conducting professional development
• improving processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have a pedagogical education or other relevant higher education. If you have studied the administrative program or political science program, we see it as an advantage. It is important that you have good knowledge of the education system and its regulations as well as a good understanding of digital systems. You also have knowledge of methods for measuring and improving the quality of school operations, as well as working with systematic evaluations. Travel is included in the position, so a driver's license (B) is a must. If you have previously worked in a municipality, we see it as a significant advantage.

To succeed in your assignment, you are a problem-solving person who takes initiative, starts activities, and achieves desired results. When goals change, you adjust your direction flexibly and see opportunities in changes.
